well, the holidays came and went. i found it quite sad and happy at the same time. being around family was nice. and seeing it snow a few times was nice as well. i got to work on everyone’s computers (as always, ha), so that was a nice distraction. and everyone’s cooking was wonderful. fried turkeys – mmm.

Hunter had a nice christmas. he got several presents: a Smart Cycle with Go-Diego-Go, lots of spider-man stuff, new clothes, some movies (Alice in Wonderland, Dumbo, Toy Story I & II, Dinosaur, and Where the Wild Things Are-Read with me DVD), a couple of remote-controlled cars, a little radio, some art supplies, a pinball game, and other stuff.

i got a John Deere Wireless Weather Station, Empire Earth II: Platinum Edition (now i have I, +The Art of Conquest, & II, +The Art of Supremacy), Age of Empires: Collector’s Edition (now i have all of them – age of empires I, +The Rise of Rome, II, +Conquerors, III, +War Chiefs, +Asian Dynasties, as well as the spin-offs – Age of Mythology, +The Titans, Stars Wars: Galactic Battlegrounds, +Clone Campaigns), a memory card for my Treo, some interesting japanese snacks, some clothes, gift certificates, and some kitchen stuff.

Markita got a new silver Playstation 2, memory card, black-crackly i-glow controller, The Simpson’s Game, comfy folding mesh dish chair, USB key, Age of Empires III: The Asian Dynasties, The Sims2 Celebration Stuff, some clothes, some kitchen stuff, and a shark knife thing that my Dad had picked out for her before he passed away.
