I have just released my new Minecraft mod called Multi-Windmills. The mod adds windmills to Minecraft. The windmills pump water into buckets and can be crafted by crafting their parts (blades, pump, & tower). They are fully animated: the blades spin, the top turns when the wind direction changes, and water splashes around the base when it is pumping.
